This unique team-building experience invites participants to explore their artistic instincts through spontaneous and intuitive painting, incorporating elements of play, and using unconventional tools and materials—we won’t rely on paintbrushes.

We’ve designed this immersive painting experience with busy teams in mind! Meditative Canvas harmonizes the senses and fosters mindfulness through a relaxing painting experience that combines art with mindfulness- a calming, multi-sensory journey designed to quiet the mind and awaken creative expression.

Led by an experienced artist, this guided painting session integrates auditory cues, visual inspiration, and thoughtful prompts to help participants paint from a place of presence, intuition, and inner calm.

Each participant receives their own easel, canvas, paints and supplies.

As participants paint, they’ll engage with the soundscape and respond to guided prompts, allowing their intuition to lead their brush strokes. The focus will be on the act of creation rather than the outcome, promoting a sense of freedom and exploration.

Sculpting in The Dark

a sensory sculpting experience 

Sculpting in the Dark is Art Zowie’s signature immersive art experience – a fully guided, blindfolded clay session that reconnects adults to intuition, imagination, and play.

With sight removed, your team must feel instead of judge. Ideas flow, hierarchies dissolve, and people laugh – a lot. It’s unforgettable, profound, and wildly fun, without anything required from you except showing up.

Hosted by professional sculptor & facilitator, participants are blindfolded while guided through the sculpting process to create a replica of their own face by sensory-touch only. Clay is not taken home, as it's about the experience, and not the final product.
