Welcome to our unique venue, featuring soaring 15-foot ceilings and approximately 2,800 square feet of versatile space. The covered patio area is ideal for outdoor mingling, making it a perfect addition to your event. We offer free parking! Our space comfortably accommodates around 50 guests for parties, celebrations and meetings, ensuring an enjoyable atmosphere enhanced by our surround sound system and unique lighting.
Art Zowie's industrial and artistic design creates a relaxed and vibrant ambiance for your guests. Enjoy the convenience of wireless sound, allowing you to control the music and adjust the mood throughout your event. Our distinctive Lumicore tables can be lighted, while a projector enables you to display visuals on our expansive white walls, serving as a gigantic screen. Our kitchen area is not equipped with a stove. To ensure everything runs seamlessly, our dedicated Space Manager will be on-site, overseeing your event without a hitch. All amenities are included in the hourly rate.
We offer a variety of catering options through our preferred caterers, or you are welcome to choose your own. Please note that the capacity of 50 guests is based on standing room or seated dining with tables. Special discounted rates are available for multi-day events, and holiday rates may vary. Space Rental TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Hourly Rate: $125
A minimum 2-hour rental is required for events starting between
6 AM and 2 PM, Monday through Sunday. For weekday bookings after 2 PM, a minimum of 4 hours is required. An additional cleaning fee of $100 applies. Weekend rentals are only available in 10-hour blocks. A 50% deposit is required upon reservation, with the remaining balance due 5 days before the event.
Full Day Rate: $1,000
A full-day rental includes a 10-hour block. A 50% deposit is required upon reservation, with the remaining balance due 5 days before the event. An additional cleaning fee of $150 applies, and multi-day discounts may apply.
